The location of the hotel is convenient, as there is a mall just across the street where you can find anything you need. there is a 7 eleven nearby, which is perfect for late-night cravings. the rooftop bar is enjoyable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The room and service could be improved. In some cases, the housekeeping staff forgets to clean the room even after reminders.

The hotel is ideally located near a big shopping center, which is great for quick shopping and dining options. the rooftop bar is amazing and the staff there are super friendly. I had a great time with Peter, one of the bartenders, who recommended some fantastic drinks. the convenience store just downstairs was also helpful, especially for midnight cravings.

The room was disappointing, lacking basic amenities such as a phone or a blower. We had to go all the way down to the lobby every time we needed something.

During our month-long travel in the Philippines, we visited many cities and stayed in various hotels, but this hotel had the best location. We were delighted that we could easily find a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel's amazing rooftop bar and its friendly staff, particularly our bartender friend Peter, made our daily visits to the bar worthwhile. Also, the hotel has a mall just opposite, which was super convenient for us to get anything we needed. The icing on the cake is that the hotel is just across the street from SM Aura mall, and we could walk there in just ten minutes.

Everything was fantastic.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the outdoor infinity pool and sun terrace with stunning views. the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, providing us with a range of beauty treatments including pedicures and facials.

The housekeeping service could be better, as we had to remind them multiple times to clean our room and refill our water bottles. some basic amenities were missing, such as coat hangers in the wardrobe, a drying rack for washed clothes, and no offer to change towels during our week-long stay.
